The hearing aids which I have ordered is received and its manual is really very easy to understand. The feature is liked the most is the volume and tone control. I am really very glad with the hearing improvement I am experiencing. But the aids are really very large for my ears and the batteries fall out when opened. These are not even good for my particular tinnitus. Unfortunately, I sent them back to MEdininja. I must say that they offer very good customer service. These aids are so amazing but to use them in the best possible way you have to evaluate which dome is the best fit for you. Initially, the device was not staying comfortably in my ears so I was very disappointed with my purchase. Somehow, I found some larger domes left over from my old aids. It was like a shape of ice cream cone with the sides being solid and not little fins. Now, it fit great and I can even forget about all day or whenever I wear it. These are the best hearing aids. I have been wearing hearing aids since twenty years. These aids seems to have all the features I guess I need. I am about to order the power upgrade and new domes. After two days I knew it would not work for me.Terrible interference noise when near an ultrasonic cleaner.
I called within 72 hours of receipt to say I wanted to return them.
I called again, was told the person who authorizes returns was right there and I would get an email return label. Called again. Days later nothing happened. (Posted on 1/9/2018)

As soon as I receive them, I read the instructions that come along the hearing aids. I totally disagree with one of the statement that is the manual said your brain need at least 4 to 6 weeks to adopt the hearing aids. It just took my 10 minutes to adjust to the unexpected clarity and sound quality when I turn on the TV. I don't know if my brain should wait to adopt them. HAHA! (Posted on 1/5/2018)

They provide an excellent customer service, quick shipping and delivery. I purchased one aid to try them out as the aids that I purchased from my doctor were went for some repair or replacement and those are really expensive. I was lucky that the one worked out so I ordered the second too.
