    • What kind of shipping do you offer?

      In order to ensure your package arrives by the delivery date that we estimate, MediNinja uses multiple carriers, all of the highest standard. Most orders are sent standard delivery - Super Saving Shipping(SSS), but for faster delivery you may choose to upgrade shipping options for most items at an additional cost. To upgrade your shipping, make your selection on the Shipping Method page during checkout.

      Note: Due to restrictions for certain products in certain delivery destinations, no all shipping methods are available for all products.

    • How long will it take for my order to ship out?

      It will take 4 to 48 hours for your order to be processed. We will then inspect and test your order before packing it and shipping it out. MediNinja goes to extensive efforts to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied.

    • When will my order arrive?

      Before you submit your order, you will receive an estimated delivery date as a part of your checkout information. Each order is unique, so the information provided below should only be used as a guide. The estimated delivery date and tracking number for your order will provide the most accurate information.

      To guarantee that your order is delivered on time, we work with the best carriers, like DHL, FedEx, and UPS, in addition to your postal service.

    • I do not want to send the order to the address on my account profile: Can I send the order to a different address?

      Yes, you can send your order package to an address that is different from the permanent shipping address appended on your profile page.

      To forward your order package to the new address, you can either choose to select an address which you previously added to your Address Book, or you can create a new address. You will receive a prompt to make either selection during the checkout process when you order online or through a customer service representative (by phone). To pull up an address quickly in the future, you can save the new address to your Address Book.

    • How does shipping work domestically and internationally?

      MediNinja ships to all areas domestically.

      There may be an additional fee to ship orders outside of the Canada, with prices determined by your location. Applicable price changes will be made to your purchase at checkout.

    • Can you ship my order to a P.O. box or to a military APO/FPO address?

      Most items can be shipped to a P.O. box or military APO/FPO address. Some restrictions may apply.

    • If mine is an international order, will I get a custom fee charge?

      Additional fees may apply depending on the country, like independent carrier fees or custom fees. Your branch office of the postal service or your local customs office can inform you of applicable fees regarding the kind of merchandise you intend to order.

    • Can an international package be marked as a "GIFT"?

      Packages marked as "gift" are charged less in taxes or may even be tax free. During the check-out process in the "Add a note to your order" field, you can indicate that you would like your package designated as a gift.

      Your local customs office can tell you the rules and regulations regarding "gift" packages. They can also explain how such a designation affects charges like taxes, tariffs, and duties.

      If abuse of the "gift" label is suspected, your package could be delayed at customs.

      We indicate that all "gift" orders are eight dollars per item. For example, your order will be declared as $24.00 in value if you order three (3) gift items.

    • What is your return policy?

      Because MediNinja wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we make it easy for you to return and replace items.: Besides our Hearing Aids 45 Days Risk Free Guarantee , if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, our return policy allows you to send us the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for either an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, excluding the original shipping and handling fees. If an item is defective or if we made an error, we will refund original shipping and handling fees on returns. However, for any other returns, the original shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded.. Purchases from MediNinja are subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Use and to our Privacy Policy, all of which can be found at the bottom of our home page.

    • Is the return policy different for hearing aids?

      Yes. We offer a 45-day money back guarantee on newly purchased hearing aids from us. With such a special product, we need a slightly modified policy.

      The guarantee begins on the date that the hearing aids were shipped, or the postmark date, and can only be used to return hearing aids that have a return postmark date within 45 days of the shipping postmark date.

    • How do returns work?

      Returning an item is as easy as 1-2-3.

      • Step 1: Start your return. Go to our Online Returns Center and fill out the return form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
      • Step 2: Prepare your return. Upon obtaining your RMA, package your hearing aid(s) securely along with any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box with added padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper, and attach your return label to the package.
      • Step 3: Ship your return. Mail the package to the address indicated on the online return form. To ensure on-time delivery, please acquire a tracking number for your package. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit, and we cannot accept damaged items as returns. Packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept COD.

      Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return. For returns, value will be applied to your credit card upon processing. Please be aware that this value may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping.
